Objective:

To describe in short essays or with diagrams the organization of the endocrine glands, the major hormones and their functions, at the level of 85% proficiency for each student.

In order to achieve this objective, you will need to be able to:

1. Describe the major endocrine glands in the body.
2. Describe the hormones that are produced by each gland or tissue.
3. Describe the major target tissues and functions for each hormone.
